Returns and Refund Policy
30-Day Risk-Free Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact us at 27835563@qq.com to obtain a return authorisation and further instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

All returned SY-GOODLIFE water filtration systems, including all components, must be disassembled and repackaged as originally received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products
Should your order arrive defective, damaged, or with quality issues, please contact us immediately at 27835563@qq.com, providing evidence of the problem such as photographs or video footage. Upon verification, we shall waive any restocking fees and return shipping costs. Depending on your preference and product availability, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

One-Year Limited Warranty
Your SY-GOODLIFE water filtration system is covered by a one-year limited warranty, effective from the date of initial purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the following components:

SY-GOODLIFE water filtration system, filter head
Inlet hose
Outlet hose
Please note that filter cartridges are consumables and are not covered under warranty, as their performance naturally diminishes over time.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Improper installation
Use of incompatible piping or water sources
Modification, alteration, or tampering
Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
Industrial applications
Normal wear and tear
Should a defect arise within the warranty period and a valid claim is received, we shall, at our discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product or part with new or refurbished equipment
If repair or replacement is not feasible, refund the original purchase price
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at 27835563@qq.com with:

Proof of purchase, receipt, or order number
Description of the issue
Photographs or video footage if required
General Terms
Except where prohibited by law, this warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. SY-GOODLIFE Aquatic Products Co. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SY-GOODLIFE Aquatic Products Co. disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Water damage caused by leakage
Plumbing repair costs
Damage to cupboards or property
Loss of profits, savings, or use arising from the use of this product, including any malfunction or failure, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
In jurisdictions where such exclusions or limitations are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your claim form, we shall notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund shall be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund. Any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges (if applicable) shall be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to a quality issue.

Exclusions
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through sy-goodlife.com. Items purchased via third-party sellers (such as Amazon or other marketplaces) are subject to their respective return policies. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items not meeting the above criteria.

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. Should you wish to receive alternative products, please complete the return process and place a separate order once approved.
